Never Faking About You is Lynx and Fire’s lovestory. Both characters were first introduced in Caught me Slippin’
Lynx is an accomplished day care owner, and the best friend of McCoy, nicknames Polka Dot and Kitty.
Fire is… not really describable in a few short sentences… Brother (twin) to Earth (married to McCoy), and a single dad to twin boys.
This story deals with a lot of heavier subjects, but is also H-I-L-A-R-I-O-U-S. The heavier subjects dealt with are, trauma due to sexual and domestic violence (brief descriptions) and bullying, adoption and violence. Balancing it out, banter between the characters, pranking (depends POV though on which side of the balancing scale this falls), Reunion, Love (so much different kinds of Love 🥰), Spice (Open door).
Would I recommend?
I only read what I like, so it is always a yes for me. If I am writing about it in a review, it is a resounding yes for me. But as always, your mental health comes first. So be mindful of your triggers.
