As always, I am starting off with a thank you to all the authors that I’ve read this week. You are so very much appreciated!
This week got off to a great start, but the flu that was going around here, got to me as well, resulting in less books and pages read. However what I did read, had me entertained.
Some of these reads had me compelled to write more extensively about them, if you’re interested in them the link is placed.
‼️Please be aware that my thoughts/reviews may contain spoilers.
Week opener

I started off my week with closing out Mrs. Jade Royal’s The Force Series.

That series was SOMETHING, and I now have another author that I can dive into when I need my paranormal fix. If you want to know more about my thoughts on this series, you can find my full review here

I got introduced to Mrs. Des’ Amor’s pen. Reading her book had me, again, realizing that I love having a bookstagram, because I get to know about new authors/pennames, BUT I get to know about new authors/pennames 🫣. *note to self* dive into her catalogue as well. My thoughts about this read can be found here

Mrs. Tatum James had a new release which was different and refreshing, loved how she, FMC, made use of her skillset and elevated it. My man Psalm made an appearance. Hey Psalm 👋🏾😍. Full review/thoughts here

Mrs. Aubry J. provided me with a dubious good time. Because, should I be liking this? Shouldn’t I be more pissed off at the things going one? And why do I have so much affinity with Krude and Fire. Am I OK?
More thoughts can be found here

After a lot of laughter and swooning, Mrs. Natisha Raynor’s latest (about betrayal, loss, and all that comes with it) had me deep deep in my feelings.

Week closer

I ended my week reading about an Elite Superhero unit thanks to Mr. Eddie Dee Williams. Though I enjoyed it, there were a lot of things that interrupted the momentum for me, but I am intrigued and curious enough, to see what will happen next.
