Happy, belated, Release Day to Mrs. Kennedy B. who released Where Home Lies last week.
So I am 46% in to this one 😅, this book had me so deep into my read I forgot to post about it!
Let me set the scene for this one.
We have Beyah, who went abroad for some months to advance her career. When she gets back home, some days before scheduled, she’s off to surprise her boyfriend, her best friend, her love. To be greeted at the door of her appartment by her boyfriend’s pregnant girlfriend.
Dimitri falls in love at first bump with Beyah, and strikes up a friendship with her. Dimitri however has a live in situation of a year.
So, let me see if my opinion of Dimitri’s selfish $$$ is about to change.
