I’m currently traveling again…
Mrs. Stone has regaled us with the fifth book, Healing Hazel, in her Fated Mates series.
As I haven’t yet arrived in Wintermoon, let me give you guys a quick introduction to Hazel.
Hazel is THE curse breaker. She is the daughter of Aya Bailey (yes her!), and was responsible for breaking the 1000 year curse that the shifters were under. She is a hero!
However she is a Bailey Witch, and being that the history the shifters have with Bailey Witches is a bit tense
Hazel doesn’t feel comfortable being on the Wintermoon lands, where her shifter Mate resides.
‼️There are triggers, Hazel has went through a lot and eventhough this is a romance. She will be dealing with her trauma as well. Mrs. Stone mentions the following in her content warning sexual assualt and trauma, parental abuse, violence, death and sacrifice, discrimination and prejudice, blood and gore, mental health struggles, existential themes, Parental Neglect and Complex Mother-Child Relationships.
Well I’ve arrived, so I’ll be off to explore once again.
