If you read my small update, you know I already started reading this one. Life Life-ing, made it so that my headspace was unable to finish my read and post about this yesterday.
But I’m here now, in a somewhat better head space.
So Happy, belated, Release Day to Mrs. Morgan Rose who released Love Schemes.
Now Mrs. Rose isn’t new to me, last book of her pen that I read was Kiana & Dupree, which I LOVED. In just 82 pages Mrs. Rose managed to tell a complete romantic story!
Now on to this release.
We get to know Calissi, FMC, who loves herself a good scheme. Making use of her good looks, and talents, she manages to scheme a lot of menfolk out of their money.
After her last scheme she has to take sometime off from her scheming, but she meets another trick…
My apologies, she meets Torin, MMC, who is enamored with Calissi from jump, and doesn’t mind tricking on her every chance he gets.
Ofcourse this isn’t the whole of the story.
Because there are secrets, lies, scheming with highstakes, hunching, and falling in love (it’s a romance after all😬).
Well I’m off to finish my read!
