I came across Mrs. Kasha Thompson‘s post.
And immediately added it to my TBR. As luck would have it, mood struck again, and this time with a bit of specificity.
Something mellow, because my anxiety is acting up.
And Mrs. Thompson’s book fit the bill, with this Black Love Novel, defined by Mrs. Thompson as:

I’m 19% in, and have been laughing it up with these characters, HOWEVER there is some work that needs to be done by both of them.
‼️Mrs. Thompson mentions the following as possible triggers. Moderate coarse language, several sexually explicit scenes, death of a parent, anger management, drinking, drug use, and gambling.
