I’ll continue thanking Twin for bringing this series, The Things Unseen series by Mrs. K. Lashaun, to my attention. Because the emotinal chokehold this series has me in right now?

I finished To Be Loved, which just like In This Moment was an interconnected standalone.

Beneath the Silence however is the two part story of Hakeem, (MMC, CEO of a security company. silent), ties in his selfworth in how he can keep his close ones safe and secure. And Eden (FMC, MMA fighter), who is the dependable sibling, and the one who collects the debts from those same siblings and family without being appreciated for it.

So I finished already. Let me go into the triggers, because there was a lot that aggravated me, and I’ll be starting book two, the finale in just a moment.
